Rachael Tolbert Headshot

Rachael Tolbert

Founder, Chief Worrier, DJ

Gloriously laid off from a soul-sucking tech job, Rachael did a full ctrl+alt+delete on life and purchased 110 Main in 2025. Undeterred by dust, debris, or tetanus, restoring the once-dilapidated building felt entirely on brand.

She’s a former extravert, breast cancer survivor, vintage camper enthusiast, book worm, green thumb, and the one doing her very best to keep the lights on. Originally from Nebraska, she now calls Smithville home — and wouldn’t have it any other way. Contact her with reservation inquiries or anything that you'd like to see in the shop. (Or if you need an emergency Beyonce dance party.)

Christopher Hobbs Headshot

Christopher Hobbs

Beverage Director, Expert Conversationalist, Fly Dresser

It takes a generous, thoughtful, and wildly talented gentleman to craft a beverage program that feels both regal and approachable — and Christopher delivers.

If there’s a wine or beer you’d love to see in the shop, he’s your guy. He may hail from the Chicago area, but don’t be fooled — he can two-step with the best of them and has real dust on his boots.

Brian Tolbert Headshot

Brian Tolbert

Co-Owner, Chief Furniture Mover, Domino Czar

Big, quiet, and equipped with a timber laugh that warms the soul, Brian is Bastrop born and raised. A distinguished Navy veteran and hunting/fishing enthusiast, he’s also the criminally generous husband of Miss Rachael. You may recognize him from TV — he's the CEO of nation-wide hunger-slaying charity, Operation Turkey.

If he’s behind the counter, don’t expect banter — expect precision. Ask him to pop you some fresh pop corn!

Brisket the shop dog

Brisket

Chief Distraction Officer, Hopeless Snack Thief

The third in a line of men here blessed with spectacular hair, Brisket is our resident mischief-maker, professional snack beggar, and champion snuggle buggle.

He reminds us daily that though we may be small, we are mighty. He has absolutely no manners. Please forgive him. (That face though.)
