Orders are shipped within 5 business days, but usually a lot faster. We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the size and delivery timing you request.

You'll receive your shipment depending on shipping type and destination. You'll get email/text messages with updates if you select that option upon checkout. 

Currently, we only ship in the USA. My apologies for not shipping internationally yet. 

Contact me if you would like free local delivery or want to pickup in Smithville, Austin, or Bastrop, Texas. It should give you that option upon checkout as well. Our brick & mortar store isn't quite finished yet but we hope to offer more pickup and local delivery options as soon as we are open.
